Connecting
Plug the HDMI cable into the box and into a free HDMI input on your TV. Connect the power adapter. Switch the TV to the right input with the Source or Input button on your remote; you then see the start screen of the box.
Getting online
Choose your Wi-Fi network in the menu and enter the password. If the router is close by, use a network cable instead: it gives the most stable picture, certainly for 4K.
The app and your details
Open the IPTV app on the box, or install it from the app store. Enter the details you received from Dreambox TV after ordering. The channels and the library are then loaded.
If the picture stutters
Check the connection first: move the box closer to the router or use a cable. Then restart the box. If it keeps stuttering, we take a look with you over WhatsApp.
